For the safety of our customers and in accordance with global industry standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges of products.
Exchange Policy
We will only provide an exchange in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged.
- A different variant of the product has been shipped.

To process the exchange request, an unboxing video of the parcel is mandatory. The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders cancelled within 3 hours of placing the order are eligible for store credit, subject to a 5% transactional charge. The store credit can be used for future purchases.
- Orders cancelled after 6 hours of placing the order will incur a processing charge of ₹1000, as we dispatch orders at the earliest possible time.
