Exchange Policy

We will only provide an exchange in the following cases:

• The product received is damaged.
• A different variant of the product has been shipped.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at: cheresluxe@gmail.com

To process the exchange request, an unboxing video of the parcel is mandatory. The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders cancelled within 3 hours of placing the order are eligible for store credit, subject to a 5% transactional charge. The store credit can be used for future purchases.
• Orders cancelled after 6 hours of placing the order will incur a processing charge of ₹1000, as we dispatch orders at the earliest possible time.
