Cheres reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price or for any reason. If payment has been made, it shall be refunded and the User will be informed accordingly.

7. Incorrect Delivery Information

If non-delivery or delayed delivery occurs due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the User, any additional re-delivery charges shall be borne by the User.

10. Complaint Policy

Cheres shall not entertain any complaints after 7 days of order delivery.

This agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India. The Courts of New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under this agreement.
